Services Provided Under Agreement

  • Air Conditioner, heater, and thermostat Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance Service. (2 per year)
  • Inspect all covered equipment and perform preventative maintenance services
  • Check system refrigerant level and operating pressures. Contract includes up to 2lbs. of Freon per unit. Check system for refrigerant leaks.
  • Clean Condenser and perform full diagnostics check on cooling system(s)
  • Clean primary and secondary condensate drain pans Add safety float switch drain pan * Replace media filters when required.
  • Perform all safety checks on heating units, checking controls, limits, switches, heat exchangers, burners and proper unit operation. Replace media filters when required.
  • Furnish all materials and labor required to perform maintenance service.
  • Advise customer or his/her representative when equipment shut down is required for other than normal service.
